The OHE-HOA Board of Directors is the representative body of the Association with the following obligations: to maintain the Associations’ non-interest bearing checking account for the purpose of paying common area bills, to collect membership dues, to budget Association expenses, to hold annual meetings for reporting and discussion purposes, and to enforce the restrictive covenants contained within the OHE-HOA By-Laws.| Members | Home Phone | |
